ITS TRUE ALL RIGHT COMRADE. UP TO 3 GRAND. MULTIPLY THAT BY THE AMOUNT OF MANAGERS IN THE BUSINESS.
THE SCUMMY BASTARDS ARE RUBBING OUR NOSES IN IT TO. MY DUM HAS JUST GOT HIS TEETH FIXED. PROPER CAPS TOO. THEY COST ABOUT 2 GRAND. EVERY TIME HE OPENS HIS MOUTH ALL I THINK ABOUT IS HIS BONUS. OH AND ABOUT SMACKING HIM IN THE MUSH

That's why I always fall about laughing whenever I see Leighton, or Crozier , with their pockets turned out empty and bleating,
'We're skint , honest guv , that's why we can only offer you nothing / 2.5% as a rise in your pittance.'

Add up these manager's bonuses , and the cost of all those plasma screens , comes to quite a pretty penny.

Some financial crisis Royal Mail are in , 'aint it ?

But we can afford screens for every office, which in the main are never used, and to pay these bonuses to managers!

Well I'm not complaining - there has to be an art in scratching the arse, with a cup of coffee in one hand and the other hand in the pocket, looking totally gormless, with that emphatic gallic shrug of "who knows, who cares" when asked a question. Although it does help if you have a prehensile tail, eat loads of bananas and peanuts and have been neutered.

Now who on this forum wants to claim the bonus?

I would of thought ALL of them.
Even some rest day cover guys in Lon got £2000
My DO guys apparently got £1200
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

That's the trouble with this breed of so-called 'businessmen' we're unfortunately saddled with , they're only interested
in filling their own already overladen coffers , and if by some miracle there's anything leftover, wasting it on foibles rather
than reward the people without which there wouldn't be a bloody business anyway. They are cretins to a man, the lot of 'em,
and we must not allow ourselves to fall before them , or we are finished. :cool

I'm never gonna let either my colleagues or the RM lottery winners (management , who else !) hear the end of it. :Very Happy
