For some strange reason i think the fact that postcom have released an article that they are considering altering our USO to a five day delivery may end up as part of any agreement package that the union and rm thrash out.Crozier,Lieghton and dare i say it Dave Ward,must of known about this for a while.Postcom did'nt just pop in to work this morning and say"I've got a good idea,lets make the posties deliver 5 days a week instead of 6 days",so has this been left in the bottom of the bag for a last minute ingreedient for a deal.

[/quote]I know some of the lads at HQ and i can honestly say they do a fantastic job. Its hard sometimes with red tape and it gets very political but the likes of Bob Gibson and John Farnan are die hard union activists who will go that extra mile to make sure the members get the best deal.
Problem with ends to disputes is there will never be a winner and either side will not concede defeat that will show in the agreement.
