They surrendered this afternoon unfortunately.
Any more calls for IA after today wont be well supported, its been crippling our small office, only 1 scab out of 40 delivery staff...superb show...I cannot see it hitting 50% if asked to act again.

Please dont do Leightons job for him by decimating the union. Please remember that you are our representative and it is youre duty to keep us informed, ditch the confidentiality clause. Please review the situation on the 10th, if they are not serious reinstate IA immediately or we lose momentum and four days pay for nothing. Good luck with the serpents.
you will need your pension just like i need mine. please don't sell us short. your members did as you asked. NOW DO AS WE ASK. strike a deal in our favour. Squeeze every thing you can out of those lying cheating b*****ds.
Good luck..........

as has happened before. Go through every proposal those two snakes put before you with the finest of finest tooth
combs , and do not whatever else you do, trust them an inch.

One week ago today all of scotland resumed work after two days of unofficial action because we were asked to put our faith in the leadership of our Union. We put our faith there and went back...........
SCOTLAND AWAITS LET US DOWN AND YOU ALL ARE FINISHED !

Exactly, it was our own who first instigated the unofficial striking - you can take so much without being totally shafted - hence Edinburgh/Glasgow/Aberdeen walking out first.
The CWU should take note, unofficial action with be forthcoming if a suitable deal isn't sealed. And this deal MUST not be beneficial to those two absolute cruds "in charge" of RM.
I wonder how much of a bonus AL/AC received today for thwarting the next round of strikes?
i think we should wait and see what the outcome of the talks are before we start getting upset, i also think that the rolling strikes was a great tactic because after only 2 of them leighton managed to get to a meeting for the first time.
if the talks fail i will have no problem in going back on the picket line its sore losing money but the crap they were trying on was worse.
CANT BELIEVE STRIKE CALLED OFF TO HOLD TALKS HOPE YOU DONT SELL US OUT AFTER THE SUPPORT MY OFFICE HAS GIVEN THESE TWO SCUMBAGS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED :lfo :cfo
If either of you become an MP i hope for your sake its a seat with a massive majority.
No im having a nightmare, surely the head of my union couldnt possibly negotiate such a limp outcome, leave, become an MP or even Secretary of State.... could they ????
Ps guy rang me by mistake today, Wrong number apparantly to advice me that the 2 memberships for the golf club were ready.
I feel sick, deflated, let down. Would like to be proved wrong and have the best possible resolution to this dispute. At this moment in time i severely doubt it.
does anyone recall these words, "if there are meaningful negotiations between RM and the CWU then strike action will be called off"
don't give dave and billy a hard time yet, let's see what come's of these talks first, and remember, if they reach an ageement we still have to vote on it.
