For a rank-and-file led No vote against CWU “negotiators agreement” with Kretinsky at Royal Mail

Our union rep posted the LTB on our groip chat. I challenged him on the headline grabbing 4.75% rise. He couldn't grasp that the 3% rise for all was a pay cut, and kept on plugging the 4.75%, going on about equalisation I gave up in the end. But when our local Liebour council have just increased Council tax by 8%, on top of the 7.5% increase last year, we are getting poorer. I dare anybody from the union to reply to my post and try to defend the pay offer.

Save money, leave the union.

Locally it's just a boys club with a two tier membership.

Nationally, some people on this board just think their incompetent and need replacing.

Just leave the Union.

You just saw my perception of a dismal and negative bigotted performance of the PWRFC posters here and gas lighted me as a CWU junkie. If you don't agree, ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK is your preferred policy. Anyone remember the comment CWU ATTACK BOT you called me? You've always been a twat Trams. It's in your make up. You can't help it. An alcoholic depressive negative poster. Just read the posts. He hates his life as a posty but apparently still works as a posty. Makes sense for a bigotted left wing fascist.

What changed for me is the regular local CWU boys club, creating a two tier membership wheres some ghosting is acceptable but if your not in the club, no no.

The allocation of duties when have super numeries. You may as well leave mate, but Dave do nothing they can't force you out. It was sickening.

Lastly, PWRFC members, keep doing Royal Mails work. Anyone wanting to VOTE NO, left the Union ages ago. It will be a resounding 79% YES, thanks for all your help (said the RM Board). Everyone who'd vote NO has left. The resentment to the CWU might actually win, but you've nothing to replace it with. The PWRFC are just whispering ghosts without a voice.

As stated before 6 months ago. Would the PWRFC make an official Union, or carry on destroying the one incompetent one we have already.

Simply put, sit back, look, review, your a problem to the working class you wish to help.

No chance it'll be 79% yes vote your deluded who in there right minds is voting yes our whole office is voting no to both and there's only 2 ppl not in the union this deal is terrible

It will probably be passed because of the votes from members in the mail centres, distribution etc. I think many in delivery can't be arsed. I know, they should be. But poor deal after poor deal, below inflation pay rises, and the termoil in delivery that nobody else in the business goes through, has worn them down to point where they have given up.

Delivery will be the biggest losers by not voting.please stop blaming mc dist staff if del vote it will be a no.nobody to blame but themselves if they dont vote.

Delivery outvote MC's etc by at least 5 - 1 or more...any vote will be decided by delivery always have been !
