The government Ofcom need to fine them heavily wait until they go into administration then take it back into public hands on the cheap and then sack all the management.

Been going on for years and nothing even gets done about it. Same with the NHS. In fact the whole country is up the creek.

RM management who?
Ofcom who?
Government who?
CWU who?

But all of these bodies are still rolling in the green, so who cares? :thumbup

If targets haven't been met since 2016 how the hell can management blame strike action/absences?

Also they should clarify that the deal was agreed in July but there was no strike action taken this year. So the last 8 months of failures is purely down to bad management!
Union what Union? Do we have a union?

if RM were dragged back into the pointless "big me up darren jones" show they would simply say we have had no ceo for part of that time that explains it all even when simple was in charge, the gov and the shadow cabinet are all powerless
basically RM can do and say what the hell they like and will be believed and ignored by those who know they're lying

Their office may clear everyday, but they might not get sent everything from the m/c everyday.

MCs will always send what is due for delivery that day. Over the last few weeks workloads have been massively down, even when you factor in the normal downturn during the summer. Some days over the summer we could have stood down a CSS machine for a shift

You obviously dont know how the whole system works. Everything that is sorted is despatched from mail centres to DOs except at Xmas when the pressure is on you can hold mail back for up to 48 hours. It's to try and stop the DOs from being swamped.
