Exactly....they were probably discussing new strategies to improve the office performance

Seems to be that six of these posties have now had contracts terminated by Royal Mail. Others are still suspended.
Be careful out there!

I recall a story couple of years back about some suspensions resulting from being caught in a supermarket cafe at the end of their duty not having taken their lapsing. Do we know if the Prenton guys they took their lapsing? The basics of journalism are who took their lapsing, what lapsing did they take, where did they lapse, when did they lapse, and why the hell would you take it when the duty is too long to begin with.

There must be more to this story if 6 have been sacked and other have resigned.

A few in my office got pulled into the office for gathering at a cafe on my delivery sometimes in would 6+ posties in there with an hour plus of the day left. One day the managers went round there and spotted the vans outside and pulled them all in the office and tried the wilful delay tactics as there was still mail to deliver in the office.

The public will not get their mail at all now.. there is no posties left to deliver it..
