working for royal mail for 17 yrs currently really struggling with osteoarthritis in both knees in agony trying to push a trolley .having a consultation with surgeon next monday 24th bearing in mind the waiting list could be months away has anybody any tips on how to survive i dont really want to take early retirement even though i am 61 yrs old any help out there?
