Reducing contract
Does anyone know when reducing hours you lose any long term payments. As I am going to sign for new walk on 30 hours which is less than my hours now.dies payment go down pro rata or as new contract do you lose grandfather rights as manager can’t give me an answer. Thanks

Re: Reducing contract
You should stay on your existing type contract, iirc last year there was some talk/threats of forcing people onto new contracts if they were made up to full time but I'm sure that got quashed, If you mean delivery supplement it will go down pro rata, divide what you get now by your contract hours and multiply by 30 to see what it will be (cwu subs if applicable are a bit less for 30 hours or under)
Oh yeah don't forget if you do overtime up to 37 hours it's paid at an enhanced rate to include delivery supplement.
