Stamps not been delivered

I’ve been told that stamps got posted out 4 weeks ago. I’ve had post since with no stamps delivered to me at all. Have any of you had this before and what have you done?

Here's the email address christmas. stamps@royalmail.com but someone at ours mentioned you now have to get your manager to email them . Good luck .
