Thought this Sign in Sign Out and Overtime Recording on the Royal Mail App was supposed to go live on the 1st October replacing the 552?
How will this impact new contracts and monthly pay?

Re: Sign in Sign Out and Overtime Recording
Think it’s stopped for now because they know people will stop working OT if they’ve got to sign out the proper time and then do the OT

Re: Sign in Sign Out and Overtime Recording
According to the LTB it's being used alongside the 552 still at the moment: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=117238
The P552 will remain in place and will jointly be reviewed in January 2026.
Timescales
• By 19 Sept: RM users trained
• w/c 22 Sept: OT scheduling begins
• w/c 29 Sept: Dual system use starts
• 29 Oct: Pay Link Go-Live (new system pays OT)
• 31 Oct: Variable Hours Tile (People App) Go-Live – employees able to view all approved O/T & S/A

SISO isn't working at the moment. Signed in twice last week to be told I hadn't. When I laughed at the manager he admitted it doesn't work.

Delivery offices do not have dedicated SISO points like MCs. We have upside down PDAs that are gaffer taped to tables that may or may not have a signal and may or may not register your attendance at the correct time.

You mean like signing in at 13.29 and out at 19.29 saying my hours were 05:59 ?jessicarabbit wrote: ↑06 Oct 2025, 20:03Delivery offices do not have dedicated SISO points like MCs.
