hi i have just retired from rm one week ago do i receive back pay from the wage increase which will come into place when accepted only asking because one of my ex colleague reckons i will thanks in advance

These pay awards normally have a clause where you have to be still employed by Royal Mail with receiving back pay and agreed by the CWU.
