Appeal for AR2 automatically triggered
I've been issued an AR2 and been told that the union negotiated a change in the process some time ago, so on an issued AR2 automatically triggers the appeal process. does anyone have something in writing i can show my manager on this please?

You need to confirm that it is an absolute fact first as the CWU are very good with Buz words, little on substance.
