Think it's 30 days notice for any contract or duty changes

Part time was mentioned before Christmas, was a thing then wasn't a thing, then was again in January typical RM and hadn't heard anymore since Friday before last... (Been off sick with stress since beginning of March, various other issues) get a phone call asking if I'm still interested in going part time, said yes possibly if its still a thing.. didn't think much more of it until I happened to check my wages and I've been put down to part time hours...

We are soon to be a pilot office, the 37 hours folk have voted and had a months notice of rota changes.. I've had no notice of change, no further information regarding days/hours etc ... no indication of a start date was given during this phone call...

Also keen to know if there is a holiday booking procedure, as my manager has kindly picked for me !!

They just cannot change your contract without your express consent.
That consent wil be you submitting a request to change in reducing contractual terms such as contracted hours in writing and signed by yourself.

OH closed the case after the initial phone call, suggesting a phased return, having counselling though and still signed off by my doctor.

Has there been any discussion about the phased return?

I've made my office rep and area rep aware but don't seem to get any updates.

Would it make a difference if you remained full time until you return to work?

No doubt. Would it help to return to full time until you return to work?
