Not paid for Outstanding leave after resignation
I resigned from RM last day of service 12th December. I had 65 hs annual leave left. Today I received P45 and have not been paid for Outstanding leave which should have been pro rata calculation of the 65 hs. Does anyone know the best way to resolve this. I do not want to contact my ex managers as they are obstructive and lazy (part of the reason I left).

Unless you're still on the app you'll need to contact HR. Did you get a screenshot of your leave?dudek05 wrote: ↑30 Dec 2024, 13:45I resigned from RM last day of service 12th December. Yes I took a screenshot. I have contacted payroll which has directed me to a website and submitted an enquiry via that. Will wait and see how it pans out.

Having annual leave left doesn’t mean you are entitled to it, it would have been based on you being here at the end of the financial year. A lot of ppl make this mistake. If u have used over 4 weeks since April u may owe royal mail

Re: Not paid for Outstanding leave after resignation
don't you only get paid any in-lieu and any untaken outstanding A/L if you're leaving through ill health or VR?
I'm sure i remember that was in the renewed updated terms back in September 2023?

Contact Sheffield. They'll help. Aye workers are finding the minute they resign their app is switched off.Newandscared wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025, 08:09I was signed out of the app and not able to get back on less than 24 hours after I resigned.....they don't want to know.tramssirhc wrote: ↑30 Dec 2024, 17:11Unless you're still on the app you'll need to contact HR.
