In line with existing agreements, where an opportunity comes up in an office for a part timer to be made full time, it goes strictly on seniority and if the senior part timer does not want to go full time it goes to the next one and so on, correct???
My specific question is, if someone is currently on a Conduct penalty (1 or 2 year reprimand), can they be bypassed in this process or not?
The manager says they are bypassed but I'm not sure that's right or fair, clarity please or the relevant agreement even better.

Re: Permanent Part time to Full time uplift question
Wow, sorry I don't have an official answer but surely that's bollocks, simply a w****r manager placing obstacles that don't exist, they're good at that, I can't imagine there even is an agreement regarding the scenario it's a bit niche I'd say, hopefully someone will come along and clarify.makingsounds wrote: ↑16 Dec 2024, 11:10In line with existing agreements, where an opportunity comes up in an office for a part timer to be made full time, it goes strictly on seniority and if the senior part timer does not want to go full time it goes to the next one and so on, correct???
