Sick leave but got warning leter

i got a written warning for 3 sinhlgle day sick leaves.

i feel terribly sick this week now. maybe covid. i tried to apply annual leave for week, 3days or single day for this week. all got rejected theay said two others in team are taking long leaves so no place for me.

today i was so sick when driving, sight unclear, vomit, several near miss to crash, called line manager and was told my choice to keep working or escalate to 2nd warning.

i think i am forced to drive while im not fit for driving. i am also not fit for working. but any sick leave accumulates to sack. i feel we were just treated as machines but not human

do all othershave similar concern and what can we do to get humanity treatment

2 things. Go to the doctor and get a fit note that says what you can do.

Also contact a H&S rep and explain the situation.

If you are sick you are sick.
Get a sick note and remain off until sorted.

so what should i do? gp never entertains immediate appointment howvto get a sick note?
ehen i go back work i will be hot to sign some documents stating what sickness i jad, what pills i took etc... and followed by the 2nd warning

You need to phone your GP and explain your health situation they are able to send sick notes via text and also back date them.
Unfortunately Royal Mail’s attendance procedure is dire but your health is far more important.
Ring your Union Rep for advice regarding stage 2 trigger.
