30 mins or 40 mins lunch break?
Just started working at another office, today their trainee job worth manager told everyone their lunch break is only 30 mins. Asking other OPG's is this true, they said yes as apparently their work day didn't go over 7 hours due to the seasonal variation agreement ending 25th February. In my other office we still got our 40 mins. Is this bootlicker wannabe manager right?

It's based on shift length, so yes, under 7 hours is 30 mins break, which means under seasonal variation, you might end up with a day or two a week with 30 mins break.
On the other hand, which I'm sure said manager won't be keen to remind anyone, is that a 9 hour shift is 50 mins break, so...

Not the original image, but thats the agreement I've seen, and I've not heard of it being changed.

What is the relaxation allowance?
Is that on top of the meal relief?
If so don't think many people in my office know about it, I have been with RM over five years and have never heard it mentioned?

Yes on top of the meal relief.
It's based on a number of factors like standing/walking/heavy lifting/eye strain etc etc and calculated off that to give a respite or "relaxation break" as they calll it.
ABSOLUTLEY NOT to be "Tacked On" to the meal relief making a 1hr dinner like some managers do.

It used to be a thing in about the year 2000.
I think it then came accompanied with the wording "where workload permits" and consequently then disappeared.
In DOs anyway.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
