Mail payed for to be delivered..not being delivered. D2Ds being payed for to be delivered….being dumped more often than not cos new starts don’t get payed for them.
Vans unfit to drive and not being repaired….so really who does a proper van check because not are fit to drive you just decide whether you take one out or not. It’s actually not bad money tho if you go in with a devil may care attitude

yes, that's why we were illegally deducted a fifth of our "delivery allowance" for every day we striked, we even though we delivered them the following days!

So we have two options, don't do them because we don't get paid for them, or we sue the board of directors & the chairman?

Correct, as I say we all get paid to deliver them in the same way we all get paid to deliver letters and parcels, it's part of our job.
