Can anyone tell me what Royal Mail policy is on linked sickness over a period of 7 weeks?

There isn’t one!
The attendance standards are MEAN.
Do not return back to work until you are fit enough.
Ask for a referral to Occupational Health if you believe you have ongoing Health issues and need support.

Thanks for your reply. It is hard to know if you are ready for work. Feeling fine resting at home is very different to the conditions you face on return to work and how your body will cope.
