Hi there is there any offices out there.who's reps have been rewarded by management for helping to get all the changes brought in.examples like cushy nice indoor jobs that never existed before.

A few favourites have easy "new" duties.
In their own words the rep has "the longest duty in the office", nobody else agrees.

nowt to say about the area and div reps, the branch secretaries and regional secretaries or the executive? none have carried a bag in years.
