Would it be worth the union looking into who was behind the geo-route and pegasus as when they introduced this in deliveries staff were bullied & harassed by management for failing deliveries, staff left or got pushed out on I'll health retirement in their hundreds, I'll heath retirement since one deliveries came in must stand well out on statistics, feels to good of an opportunity with the horizon scandal in the headlines

The job has changed so much and we are working to the same methods and geo routes of 2010,the whole company is incompetent ,i've seen good people abused and left on health grounds because of this horrible lot an absolute travesty the mental stress this company has put on people is a national disgrace with a union who have failed to grasp or help ,i doubt any managers will ever be accountable for ruining lives.
