Notice period

Can anyone please tell me whether I need to give a week or a months notice to leave the business?

Have done 30+ years FT,
In May 2023 I went down to 30 hours a week, so my T&C changed as stated in a Variation of Employment letter RM sent me.
I am weekly paid.

I have tried to see if my contract is on the RM People App but can't find it.

Any advice gratefully received.

1 week for old contracts as yourself.
1 month for new contracts.

The only variation in the hours not the implied terms of your contract so I'd say it's deffo a week's notice.
