Raising a formal grievance

I'm sure I have seen this somewhere, but cannot seem to find on psp, trying to raise a formal grievance. Anyone know where the online application to do this is please?

You have to ring the helpline as far as I know now. They send out form if they think it warrants it

Hi, how do I raise a grievance against casuals that are being very unpleasant and not acting in a professional manner?

Also, what should I do if my line manager is not taking my issues seriously?

I wouldn’t bother if I was you. I went through this, saw a local line manager with a list as long as your arm.it was so long he waffled on about things that are over 6M old don’t count! I said just as well I’ve not murdered anyone then. I emailed it all over to him & he replied with 4 Poxy lines. I got the impression he phoned up my office & said “ I’ve got so & so here, what do you want me to put down?” Complete waste of time

Is the seniority still applicable in the circumstances of length of service and the t's and c's of the current agreement as management now selecting their preferential candidate.

Last time I had contact with HR I was told it was 3 months.

So there's me trying to be smart and gather evidence that there is an ongoing a pattern of poor behaviour...think of a line graph with peaks and troughs, because the individual can occasionally behave for an extended period of time.
And then they ignore 90% of it so they can just dismiss what falls within the time limit as 'a one off'

If you raise a complaint about your manager, how does raising it with another manager help?.... they are all the same....bullies.

The manager of the managers probably wants them to be bullies and I can imagine will pat that manager you complain about on the back and say 'good job'.
