Have Royal mail changed the terms and conditions for payment for IHR yet or are they just talking about changing it

Very little information is forthcoming on what, and what, has not been agreed.

This should have been released prior to the ballot, so the members knew exactly what they were voting on.

Members are voting on whether to continue to hold RM's feet to the fire until they come to the table with far more realistic proposals in terms of pay, terms and conditions.

If any member dpesn't know at least the basics of what RM are proposing in their surrender (best and final) offer then that is very much the fault of this incompetent Royal Mail board.
