No not legally but i think without the unions backing for disputes in workplace you become pretty easy pickings.

You can be sacked if you strike when not a member of the union if certain criteria aren’t met. Only strike if you are certain all rules have been followed.

I stated that if you strike when not part of the union you can be sacked if certain criteria hasn’t been met. So you should only strike if you know all criteria has been met.
