Also today our manager told a colleague that if they wanted to go back out to do some loops on overtime, but felt uncomfortable using a van, then they could use their own car.

Apparently managers are allowed to use their own private cars if they go out and do some loops or parcels because RM have bought courier insurance for them.
Is this true?
