Hi, doesn't really apply to me because I work on collections and everyone finishes at same time. Its all to do with not working enough hours whenever your on annual leave. If it was still worked out on days I guess because I work 6 days a week every 6th week I should get 6 days off.k979aaa wrote:8.69 weeks is a year in your non working weeks in wallington weeks so they say you are only entitled to 7.69 so if we take this week lets say holidays/AL are 4 weeks SO 48 weeks work for most to work another 38 hours = 0.79 hours or 47 minuets and forty seconds or 47.40 a week or 7.9 minutes a day which is 7 minutes and 54 seconds but this is just an average some will be back sooner others later as one quote of royalmail said it all adds up just work slower!

Correct in this instance but others have said it is impacting on their leave by lack of pay for the week that they worked the week before hand in advance of six weeks and are so penalised for the wallingtion weeks so advocated by our union at the top at the time of delivering more time off where do the top brass of the union stand on this! Perhaps they want you all to do a 1 in 6 with day off at the end of the day it is just a job bring it back the floats in our our place were like turds and we got left a lot of s**t so just did the same pride in the job went with being treated like s**t just as you are now!curlywatts wrote:Hi, doesn't really apply to me because I work on collections and everyone finishes at same time. The problem is that all offices should be made to work the same way. But it makes it easier for gaffers to screw the workforce out of money when they don't know how things really operate. And they will be going extra hard for next year's bonus due to not getting this one. The union just seems to be slipping as RM are really starting to walk all over them, on EVERYTHING.
