We often have a few stray specials mixed in with the LATs. Not out fault just do them when you can.

We do as well. And on Sundays we get the new Sunday Specials just mixed in with the T24s, not in a separate green York or anything to alert us to them.

If you're encouraging people to 'pull their finger out' why have you said 1:30?

'Pulling your finger out' encourages short cuts, speeding, not doing other aspects of the job correctly.
If RM are charging for the service it's up to them to provide all the resources to achieve that deadline safely and to time. More
often than not they're not.

As previous posters have probably mentioned advise your manager and see what they want you to do. If that
means 'breaking off' and making your walk less efficient and part of the delivery fails then that's their resourcing problem.

Yes they are charging for a service to be delivered by 1pm so why rush to deliver for 1:30pm.
