Only a stooge would say we don’t get payed for them, we get 25 quid a week for doing D2Ds whether your unit has any or not. Another load of union spiel to pretend it’s not a 2 tier workforce. it’s a delivery supplement to supplement doing extra deliveries (D2Ds).SMS1969 wrote: ↑03 Feb 2024, 18:12No one gets paid for them…..heraldmoth wrote: ↑03 Feb 2024, 17:26The cwu doesn’t exist anymore they are barely a middleman between a business who doesn’t give a stuff and to be honest frontline staff who don’t give a stuff anymore. Vans unfit to drive and not being repaired….so really who does a proper van check because not are fit to drive you just decide whether you take one out or not. It’s actually not bad money tho if you go in with a devil may care attitude

Re: NEW CWU WORKPLACE BULLETIN - FOR WIDEST CIRCULATION POSSIBLE
The supplement was agreed in lieu of getting paid for individual D2D contracts. Royal Mail obviously hoped to stuff us with 5 or 6 every week, whereas in reality it’s more like 1 on average. New contracts are also in delivery explain if you will how they don’t qualify for this “delivery” supplementSMS1969 wrote: ↑04 Feb 2024, 10:21We get a delivery supplement for working in delivery, not for delivering d2ds. Erm, because the new contracts are deliberately inferior.heraldmoth wrote: ↑04 Feb 2024, 17:43The supplement was agreed in lieu of getting paid for individual D2D contracts. The supplement replaced the old D2D payment ffs. what you’re saying is the supplement is for doing a job (delivery) which you applied to do, why would you need a supplement for doing your job????qwerty2 wrote: ↑04 Feb 2024, 17:52No it’s not - it’s not extra deliveries - it’s just like doing more mailheraldmoth wrote: ↑04 Feb 2024, 17:39Only a stooge would say we don’t get payed for them, we get 25 quid a week for doing D2Ds whether your unit has any or not.
