You get an allowance for early starts It's in the Pay Rate Guide- CWU Represented 35 Hour Full Time OPG Grades, Guide For Employees that your manager should be able to print off or your rep.
Looks like someone might be owed some back pay?

Unfortunatley im one of those old minds that if they are asked to do something by someone they are contracted to work for and its a reasonable request i do it rather than arguing.
