Don’t panic, Martin will be along in approximately 175 business days to explain where this money has magically appeared from. Just vote yes and enjoy doing an extra third of a delivery while Ward and Walsh shovel thousands into their pensions on the back of us.

Not great timing by the CWU to be putting this out on Social Media..

So sitting in an office ( and/or at home), responding to customer complaints and enquiries achieves a 2 grand bonus..as well I'm assuming, an annual pay rise,

Deliveries get 3% annual payrise, and a soul destroying, unachievable agreement endorsed/approved by the CWU...

Wow!

Going by onlne etc. The No vote is popular for obvious reasons. Will the union sit down again , and use some common sense regarding workload etc and try again? Or rm force it in , then what?

Start time, take your breaks, finish time, go home. Fcuk em. If it’s a mess, so be it. Long gone are the days where you need to worry about this.

How exactly?

The highest quoted is £2000 which is roughly what a delivery supplement gets you in a year.
We then also have Recruitment and Retention payments in some areas - another £1000.
And then there is the PBS thing which for some is another substantial chunk.

Some workers have been given bonuses to which they are entitled.
What exactly is wrong with that?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Sadly some people can't get it that this is the way you have to think odm/or whatever is coming in no matter what the pointless vote says yet we have people on here fretting over peak time under this new system🤣🤣who cares let them lot worry about that just clock out on your time and forget whatever shithole of an office you are in till the next shift.
