Hi
I rang the HR services helpline yesterday (the 0845 6060603 one) as I need to speak to someone regarding an issue with my manager. When I selected the option it just played a recorded message about ringing the "regional advice and support helpline" and then disconnected me. Anyone know what this is and what the number is? I can't find mention of it anywhere.
