From 2012.
On every job advertised, it's clearly stated what the basic rate is. So I don't know what you expected.

It's for a driving position in PF.
Starting salary of £24,210 (£12.21 per hour) increasing to £25,679 (£12.95 per hour) on completion of a 6-month probation period. Plus, an additional supplement of £842 per annum pro rata, nightshift allowance, and excellent benefits (based on a 38-hour full-time week).

My basic pay is £25,679
In PF, something like a legacy contract doesn't exist.

PF people earn less than RM.

Wonder if that's part of the reason why they want PF to take on more RM work ?

Parcelforce drivers earn an average of 34,000 per year
They get attendance bonuses
first time delivery bonuses
plus bonuses for delivery amounts ,
Also plenty of overtime if you want it (Saturdays/Sundays)
I do not work overtime myself but one driver I know earned £47.000 last year .
The newer drivers may be on a lower wage till they get there own route and all the qualifying bonuses that go with it .

Yes, you are completely right, but the question was about basic pay.
In my depot, most of the drivers have 2-3 hours of S/A. That makes a significant difference in pay when you have so many overtime hours in a week. Plus available ov in weekend
I have to mention that s/a rate is 13,50£
Normal ov is 12,7£ :left:
Weekends rate are higher

I forgot to say that I'm working indoors on nights. Agency staff that work with me get 18 per hour.

So if we both delivered exactly the same size parcel PF get a first time bonus RM staff a zero bonus, perhaps that explains why they are copying Amazon etc and leaving parcels in open porches etc!!

First-time delivery bonus is about £50 for a month. Seeing that as a night shift worker, and honestly, it's only called that; it doesn't have anything to do with delivery performance. I don't know how that looks for the drivers.

How much is basic pay for old contracts in RM? How much are you getting for overtime?

RM for Christmas getting 2x100, pf half of it.

So if we are doing the same job, why are our contracts different?

Anyone can transfer to PF work over 50h per week, and probably you will earn more.

£18 on the Sunday and around £15-16 during the week. It’s hard to understand because of how our pay slips r worded and the NDA is paid seperately. This is the amount u got above the normal hourly rate (NDA - check pay slip) . At some points of the week, yes agency may be on more than you.
