Re: Christmas Tip from Depot management
As far as I am aware the depot management make this decision, they an allocation of how much they can spend per depot employee, I can't tell you what that is now but we didn't do to bad, we had an advent for each shift where all got allocated a day number, everyone got something from this, myself I got a £25 Shine voucher, others got higher spend vouchers some less, also there were other gifts such as sets of bluetooth ear pods' all in all it was appreciated by most, on top of this we got a couple of cans of beer.

Re: Christmas Tip from Depot management
Most of us got the Shine vouchers. Would have obviously preferred the £500 bonus that was on offer last year for helping clear the office but the main reason why we never met any of the delivery targets last Xmas is because we were short staffed.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
