Morning all,
I’d like to ask some advice please. I was supposed to have had a parcel delivered by Parcelforce on Saturday, however despite having an update saying delivery had been attempted it wasn’t. So the parcel has been taken back to the hub at Leicester and should be delivered tomorrow at some point. What I would like to know is can I collect the parcel from the hub and how do I ensure the parcel does not go out on to the van/lorry before I get there?
