This is where cost cutting gets you. Over a 10% failure rate. It's O.K. though because we'll clear up the backlog over the weekend on overtime?

Whatever happened to putting customers first? Oh and employee survey just before all this xcxx!!! I deliver 5 -10 miles from depot and did 1st drop pf9 at 845 Wed. Wouldn't like to be living in Grimsby or hope valley and desperately needling a 9/10 am parcel. Disgusting IMO and will not make more Monies for greedy board/shareholders

Tuesday no night shift in so drivers had to unload and sort one and a half 40ft trailers .I left depot 10.45 first drop at 11.15.

serve costumers you like, have revange on those you don't :) That's the good thing about xms.
Personally I prefer summer when I can have decent sleep during the day in ma van at Royal Mail expeneses :D This company still makes the profit so it's more fair then claiming benefits.
