PAYMENT OF £200 LUMP SUM AND THE CHRISTMAS BONUS


We can advise CWU Branches, representatives and members that OPG weekly paid grades will receive a payment of £400 on Friday 20th December. This payment comprises of the recently agreed £200 lump sum and the up rated £200 ongoing Christmas Bonus, secured by the Union as compensation for Colleagueshare.


All other Royal Mail Group employees (including Parcelforce), not previously in receipt of Christmas Bonuses, will receive a payment of £300 comprising of the £200 lump sum and the £100 ongoing payment secured as compensation for Colleagueshare.


For monthly salaried employees the appropriate payments will be made on Tuesday 24th December. All these payments are paid on a pro rata basis for part time employees.


Please remind CWU members that the £200 lump sum is a separate payment that has been agreed for the contribution employees have already made to business performance this year and is not subject to the endorsement of the Agenda for Growth Agreement.
