With the Governments announcement that the Post Office will now be taking parcels from Evri and DPD,,,will Parcelforce /Royal Mail be collecting and delivering these parcels ,or will Evri and DPD drivers be collecting and delivering their own parcels?

I'd imagine evri and dpd will collect from POs and the packages will go through their networks.
