As per title, this week we have been told our bonus thresholds have gone up whilst our incentive payments have gone down.
We were also told this is backdated to the beginning of last week, so all the extra effort put in last week thinking that we were going to get paid for it was just pointless. It shows how little this business thinks of its employees.
