WIN WIN
When we get the massive yes vote i was wondering what the best coarse of action could be taken to get R.M. to back off. Remembering the last nat strike which consisted of one day walkouts which only helped the strike breakers keep R.M.going i have come to the conclusion that once we hit the streets we STAY on the streets. I KNOW THIS will mean consderable hardship for the majority but we are talking about the future of are working lives. AS WE SAY OVER HERE ONWARDS AND UPWARDS

But your point is a good one.

Ulster postie,
That's a fair point, mate. I myself would favour going for the jugular and getting a quick kill. But, I'm also prepared for a campaign
of long drawn out action.

Cheers tbt.
If the Union go for an all out and out till it's sorted then it's not going to happen.
1st i don't think the union would go for it anyway, too many people would vote no.
Couple of days a week then a work to rule would still be effective and would cause less hardship to us.
You have to think of the bigger picture, too many people are skint as it is and to lose money for say 2-3 weeks or even just a week would put a lot of people off a yes vote.
There's a few offices doing a wtr now and it's killing rm,if every body done it plus the odd days out here and there, there would be mayhem.
Check out the 'burslem boys' and the 'on the vans' threads above this thread and see how it can be.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
