Login to SuccessFactors how?

I would like to search for jobs internally (closer delivery office, less petrol cost, commute time etc.) so found this website. https://myfuture.myroyalmail.com/my-rol ... nternally/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I click the link and up pops this website. https://royalmail.onelogin.com/login" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I entered my username (pay number) and password (NI number) exactly as they asked and up comes Invalid username or password.

So I clicked on Forgot Password and entered my logon ID as asked (pay number) and it asked me how I would like my password reset, email or sms. I selected email, checked no email, kept checking, nothing. So I then tried SMS and never received a text.

I then clicked on User Assistance and it said to send an email to rmgservicenowdemo@royalmail.com. It then came back as undeliverable so basically even the help email address they gave out is a bag of shite and doesn't work. Pretty shitty system they seem to have going here.

Has anyone got some advice how to get into this website?

Then use your username: pay number
Password: NI number lowercase

If that doesn't work you will need to speak to your manager to ask them to reset your password.

Your manager has to add your personal email from within your succes factors account, it`s next to the bit with your home address, then you can use forgot password and sort it from there.

I'm having a similar issue. I could gain access using my personal email address but since gaining a royal mail email it has locked me out. Doesn't recognise my personal email anymore and wants me to use the royal mail email address. When I try to gain access using royal mail email it wants me to download one login, which is useless. Once downloaded it now wants me to contact admin. Who is the admin as no number or email has been given.

Has anyone had this issue and able to point me in the direction of admin.

I don't know what everyone else is banging on about but this is how I got in when I was still there:

Username: Your pay number
Password: Your NI number in all caps, but the last letter MUST be lowercase

When I follow the link I get asked for company ID

What do you put in there?

Royal mail doesn't work
And neither does my pay number

Try accessing it through the people app, select useful links to other sites then learning and career opportunities, you'll see this

Or try this link, there's also a forgotten password option which you can use and input your email address.
