Harmonisation

Does anybody know anything about the Harmonisation initiative - as I work less than 3 days per week I was entitled to an extra 2 days leave, this extra leave was credited to me back in July. Since then we have a new DOM and he is questioning it asking me to explain why I have so much untaken leave...!

Where do I stand?
