How do you deal with yours.
We used to pull them out on the sorting, hand them in to the rle, they used to get scanned then given back to us,so it's always tracked.
It doesn't happen anymore, they're just left to us,and as you know they sometimes they don't get signed for.
Seems that this is a big customer complaint, and people recieving them know they haven't been signed for so claim for them.

What happens at your place?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Hi

We have always recieved them in the mail and the only time the PHG (unigrade) see's them is when they are on the card and been signed for by the customer.

I'm sure recordeds are only supposed to provide reciept of the letter by the customer and not tracked at the office.
