more hours out

on tuesday our manager told us they want to take more hours out of the office we cant afford to take hours out
we have just come back after industrial action in our area over jobs been lost from full time to part time working
they think the sorting gets done on its own they spout off like o we have now lost bt and the banks and sky as if its our f***ing fault
its seems to me they want us all on 30 hours per week basic pay and work the other 10 or so for nothing so they can save more money
we have jus had wide sceen tvs put in so our glorius leader mr leighton can speak to us at 2500 quid a go what ba load of bollcks

yep its getting worse. we have 21 walks and 2 nights. we have been told they want both nights plus a walk from us.

They want 46hrs out of our place,we've already lost a night a few months back,they want the other one,
seems the managers clocked on to the part time shite as he wants one walk to go that way.
Interesting thing,the area manager wants to get rid of one of our phg's,we've fought it for ages,now the phg in question
is so pissed with what is going on he's decided to go back on the floor so the job WILL go.
BUT the dom doesn't want that to go as the phg does most of the computer work!,so he'll end up with it all.
We'll never see him out of the office
