Just wondering what everyones opinion is on these new so called Ghost shares Leighton is talking about now that his original scheme has been canned by the Government.

For me at present I am against it for 2 reasons.

1. It could be a back door to privatisation which would ruin Royal Mail.:no no

2. If they can afford to do ghost shares along with all the paperwork that will come with it, why can't they increase basic pay by the same amount. :pray

I can't figure it out,apparently you can't sell them on the open market,just to your collegues.
But do we actually get any money?
