So i got a new phone today and downloaded workvivo to be met with the dreaded log in page. Tried email address...not valid. Tap forgot login details...takes me to the new account sign up walk through. Tap need help...just takes you to the sign up new account page.
I'm tired boss.
Why does it have to be such a faff. How do i go about getting my details back so i can just sign in?
Do i have to seriously have to phone the IT support?
Pretty much every other app i had i can sign in, just Royal Mail that's got to go out of it's way to make it annoying.
If anyone's gone through the same thing and can help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I went through the same thing, really frustrating.
Don’t waste your time trying to do it yourself you can’t.
You have to call IT, and get a reference number.
Given the reference number to your manager who then has to send an email back to IT authorising the change.
Still with me? Ok good.
Then IT will call you back (eventually) and give you the requisite authorisation to log back into the app on your new phone.
Insane.

Insane indeed.
Some how, after going through the initial marathon sign up process, I knew something like this was coming. Sigh.
If you sign out of your phone (original) and want to log back in. How easy is it to do with not knowing the log in details? Or is that an IT helpdesk job to?

Your original email you signed up with should be all you need because you’ll need to set a new password.

Just for future reference in case anyone searches the forum for a similar question.
I managed to get into the app on my new phone. I literally just went through the whole set up process again. Crazy I know.
I you tap "forgot password" or "forgot log in details" it shows you that diagram of registering an account. Just do that again.
Try and save the royal mail e-mail it creates for you and what ever password you use so if you ever switch phones again you type that where it asks you for an e-mail to log in.
(It creates a temp password at first, write that down. Later on you get the chance to change it to something more memorable.)

Why is not just a case of, create a username and password. With most apps ? Why so complicated ?
