You only get paid for what you work and even then the company clearly dont want you working over your time as it’s below normal rate

Happens all the time, people who have mortgages paid off berating the younger folk for ghosting/working days off

Why would the company pay overtime when they can get work out of the majority of the workforce for free!? Halfwits are coming in hours each week before their start times!

Overtime is created through sick, there will still some form of overtime, especially coming in on your rest day.
