Ordering Uniform - Strarter Hi viz

Hello, I'm Sam.... Have just started with Royal Mail as a Postie with driving, been told repeatably to get my initial uniform sorted, but have tried to access Dimensions through the 'Royal Mail People App' and through 'Royal Mail - Frontline' but keep getting Dimensions site is under maintenance.
Am I accessing this wrong? Or is it simply unavailable atm?

Any suggestions or info on this would be great. Thanks

Back up and running after the weekend, as an FYI, I've ordered my PPE allocation, the first one has disappeared despite having been delivered (im guessing stolen as no one can find it), manager has reordered for me and that's still not turned up. 4 weeks in and I cant believe how difficult it is to get uniform. Still waiting to order my normal uniform, but that doesn't seem available to me yet.
