well if theres no agreement to all in section 5 then they arent agreeing to the uso change they said , but thats a load of s**t because delivery offices are now telling staff the dates that this new way of working will start , so the pilots , trials which by the way have problems where just a tick box exercise

I'm inclined to agree with this, a pre packed ready to go deal, already agreed. The alternative would be DK shelling out billions to get control, then being hit with a demand for a few extra hundred million £ within weeks which further damages industrial relations.
