Couple of things to pick up on the snakes comments
Improved overtime rates
What overtime we are instructed to leave mail do not extend pick it up as week goes on
Early overtime in morning for a select few to split parcels
Which if didnt happen would leave our office on its arse
Cut offs every day during light period

Vr improved terms trying for 1 year
Remind us what it was and who negotiated that away
Used to be 2 years
So trying to get bit of something back we already had wonderful

Equal pay for new entrants
20,000 of them
Now how can we be looking at vr,s when we are recruiting
I smell shite right there
